Sunday Open
Putting up a new post to restart the comment count.
It's been relatively quiet lately, thank goodness. Jennifer is in "Vegas" for the Xyngular convention, her house has been cleaned up to allow for some showings again, and the bankruptcy case drags on with no resolution expected until October or later.
Enjoy the rest of the weekend!
Edit: Due to iPad incompatibility with attachments, I'm adding three photos to this post. All are from the Xyngular convention. This is not to start a discussion about the appropriateness of Jennifer's attire, which is a fruitless discussion anyway, but to show some (very likely) unedited photos of her weight loss.

Weekend Open
Putting up a new post to restart the comment count and hopefully the conversation topics.
While many of the McKinney's creditors are larger companies, some of the creditors are small businesses and even individuals, and some of them do read here from time to time. If you could have a conversation with any of the creditors, which ones would you want to talk to, and what would you ask them?

Please note that this site is undergoing changes in order to separate out the MWOP discussion from the increasing number of off topic discussions that may prove a distraction from the purpose of this site.
There is now a Community category on the top menu. Both MWOP Discussion and Off Topic Discussion are now available. MWOP Discussion will continue to link to this blog's posts, and comments under MWOP Discussion should focus solely on MWOP related issues. The Off Topic Discussion page is for all other conversations.
Any feedback regarding the new setup is greatly appreciated.

Quick request for everyone: Please start your comment with OT if it is off topic. Thanks.

In case you need to catch up:
The U.S. Trustee filed a complaint of fraud against Jennifer and Israel on 5/25/2012:
Bankruptcy: The Documents (see document #26).
The trustee's complaint mentions failure to disclose assets, failure to disclose income, manipulation of income, and removal, destruction or concealment of property and records, amongst other accusations.
There's also Tracy Coenen's continuing examination and discussion of Jennifer and Israel's bankruptcy case and fraud complaint:
Fraud Files: Jennifer McKinney MckMama Bankruptcy: Fraud Alleged by Trustee
Fraud Files: Bankruptcy Fraud: Staying Out Of Trouble
Fraud Files: Bankruptcy Fraud: Getting Out of Trouble
In addition Jennifer held a LIVE! chat yesterday evening in which she admitted (in a roundabout sort of way by not really admitting) that she will in fact be paying back her debts "the old fashioned way" rather than having them discharged through bankruptcy. More on that later.
Finally GOMI is discussing MckMama yet again this week.
Whew.

Site Update:
I have created a Financial Disclosure page in order to track the costs associated with operating this site; the page is available in the "About This Site" drop-down menu. In order to offset some of the expenses, I am temporarily placing a WePay button on the page, for anyone wishing to donate. Please do not donate if you are not 100% comfortable doing so, and please do not give more than $5.00, to ensure that the costs are spread as evenly as possible among willing donors. Thank you!
Edit 5/18/2012:
The donations button has now been removed. A total of $456.00 (excluding fees) was received. Thank you!
The Financial Disclosure page will continue to be available in the "About This Site" drop-down menu at the top, and will be updated when new expenses are incurred.
