Answering Questions

Putting up a new post to restart the comment count.

Since readers have asked about them, two outstanding issues are the bankruptcy filed in December and the rent escrow action filed in January. The bankruptcy documents are available on the documents page; the link is to the right.

The rent escrow documents currently available are the Rent Escrow Affidavit and the Landlord's Letter to the court. Additional documents will be posted as they become available.

I frequently receive e-mails from readers wanting to know why we have this site, why we bother, why we don't just mind our own business, et cetera, et cetera. We received a similar comment on the site today and I think an FAQ is needed to answer the more common questions we receive. If you can think of any questions that need to be answered in the FAQ please post them in the comments and I'll add them to the page I'm working on.
